Complaints:

Should a client and/or other involved party have cause to comment on the action of a member of staff or on the service provided by Borrie, they can contact Mr J. Kraak, chairman of Borrieā€™s Executive Board.

We assume that any reports are made in good faith and express sincere, well-founded concern. All reports will be evaluated carefully by us. We will treat your complaint or report with confidentiality.

You can address your complaint, in writing, to our office in Rotterdam, for the attention of Mr J. Kraak, or make use of the email form.
