Complaints:

Should a client and/or other involved party have cause to comment on the action of a member of staff or on the service provided by Borrie, they can contact Mr J. Kraak, chairman of Borrie’s Executive Board.

We assume that any reports are made in good faith and express sincere, well-founded concern. All reports will be evaluated carefully by us. We will treat your complaint or report with confidentiality.

The arrangements for whistleblowers describe the policy formulated by Borrie to support employees who draw attention to alleged abuses within Borrie and the procedure that should be followed (also referred to as the arrangements for whistleblowers).
