Should a client and/or other involved party have cause to comment on the action of a member of staff or on the service provided by Borrie, they can contact Mr J. Kraak, chairman of Borrieā€™s Executive Board.

We assume that any reports are made in good faith and express sincere, well-founded concern. All reports will be evaluated carefully by us. We will treat your complaint or report with confidentiality.
